Got myself a sweet pair of running shoes yesterday! They cost so much but I had to have them because of all my problems with my feet and my right knee. The last 3 months I have been running 2-3 times a week and now I'm trying to run 10k every day. Only problem is my knees. In September is Oslo marathon and that's the goal.
Do you guys want more posts about what I'm doing to get ready for running a half marathon? Like what type of running and how long, fast and all that stuff?
