I did it. I went a whole month without using heat on my hair. Can't wait to curl it and style it more again. For February my goal is to eat no candy, cakes and ice cream. Haha it's the shortest month so it made the most sense to do it in February.
I make these 1-2 times a month. They are okay, I have basically removed everything that make pancakes YUMMY (salt, sugar). Still they have that carb taste and contain a lot of protein. Normally I fry some ham (without butter, oil and so on) and have it with the pancakes. Do you know any good healthy pancake recipes? I would love to try them!
