I'm so exited to get to work out again! I hope that I will be able to soon. Because I have had mono the last 1,5 month, and therefore not been able to work out, I have started to plan my future workouts. I want to get back in shape again, but I can't start of to hard. So I have found a lot of inspiration, and I'm so exited. I also have knee problems so I'm trying to find less painful ways to get some cardio in. Any suggestions?
