March fitness #1

March was a really good month when it came to working out! And it felt so good to be able to work out again after having mono for 2 months. I post quite a lot of fitness pictures on my instagram (emmamh), so if you want some motivation feel free to check it out. I also plan to post a monthly fitness update here on my blog so I can keep track :)
